Mildura could be getting a new dedicated pool hall, with a planning application lodged for a Tenth Street property.
The application relates to 14 Tenth Street, Mildura and seeks approval to use the land as a Restricted Recreation Facility (Pool Hall).
The application also includes a request for a waiver of bicycle facilities.
Planning application PA2600131 was advertised on 23 September and is currently listed as submitted.
Still Early Days
At this stage, there isn't a lot of detail publicly available about exactly what the proposed pool hall would include.
We haven't been able to confirm the proposed business name, number of tables, opening hours or when the venue could potentially open.
And importantly, the planning application is still just that — an application.
So while the proposal is certainly an interesting one for Mildura, we'll have to wait for more information before we know exactly what is planned for the Tenth Street site.
Another Entertainment Option for Mildura?
If the proposal goes ahead, it would add another indoor recreation option to Mildura.
