If you’ve been in lately, you might’ve heard the buzz — the kitchen renovations are underway, and it’s going to be a game-changer. A bigger, better setup means the kitchen crew will have the ability to service more people, faster and smoother… which is a huge win for locals (and anyone rolling through town hungry after a day on the river or exploring Sunraysia!).
And let’s be honest — Club Merbein has gone from strength to strength in recent times. ✅ They’ve bought their building back (massive milestone), and the addition of the beer garden has added a whole new vibe — that relaxed “meet your mates, stay for one more” kind of feel.
We also want to give them a proper shout-out because Club Merbein are proud sponsors of Out & About Sunraysia — and they don’t stop there. They back in the community in a big way, supporting local sporting clubs and a range of not-for-profits that help keep Merbein strong, active, and connected. That kind of local reinvestment deserves applause 👏
What we love most is what it means for the Merbein community: more capacity, better hospitality, more reasons to gather, celebrate, and support a local spot that’s clearly investing back into the town.
