The Mildura Fruit Company (MFC) has been part of the region's agricultural story for more than a century, working alongside local growers to pack and market the citrus that Sunraysia is known for.

And while most of us are familiar with the oranges and mandarins grown around the district, there's quite a bit that happens between picking the fruit and seeing it on supermarket shelves.
More Than a Century of Citrus
The Mildura Fruit Company traces its beginnings back to 1904, when it was established as the Mildura Co-Operative Fruit Company.
At a time when irrigation settlements and fruit growing were helping shape the district, the cooperative provided an important connection between growers and the markets buying their produce.
Over the decades, the business expanded and adapted as citrus production, packing technology and international trade changed.
